Procurement Notice
From 21 July 2026 to 31 July 2026, interested suppliers may obtain the official procurement documents for this project electronically. APPC will make the complete procurement package, including the Terms of Reference (TOR), all annexes, and all required templates, publicly available for download in the Procurement Section of the official APPC website.
If any interested supplier experiences technical difficulties or is unable to access the procurement documents by 25 July 2026, they should immediately contact the APPC representative listed below. It is the sole responsibility of prospective bidders to ensure that they have successfully downloaded the complete procurement package during the document availability period.
No fee will be charged for obtaining the procurement documents.
All proposal documents must be submitted to APPC no later than 08:00 (Bangkok Time) on 17 August 2026, approximately three weeks after the publication date. Late submissions, even if received only a few minutes after the deadline, will be rejected and will not be considered for evaluation.
