1. Scope of Procurement (Summary)
APPC invites qualified suppliers to provide third-party environmental monitoring services for the Udon South Potash Project during Calendar Year 2026. The services include (but are not limited to): ambient air quality, meteorological data (wind speed/direction), noise, soil, groundwater, surface water, and ecology—covering field measurements, accredited laboratory analysis, data compilation, comparison with applicable standards, and the preparation of official monitoring reports. Semi-annual compliance reports (mid-year and year-end) shall be submitted to the relevant Thai authorities (e.g., ONEP and DPIM). All work must comply with Thai environmental regulations and the Project’s approved EIA commitments and license conditions.
2. Supplier Qualifications (Extract)
Legal Status: Thai-registered entities, or international firms partnered with a Thai-registered entity to ensure local presence and legal compliance. Provide supporting documents.
Laboratory Accreditation: The supplier’s own or subcontracted laboratory must hold appropriate accreditations (including ISO/IEC 17025 for relevant tests) and Thai registrations/recognitions for environmental testing. Provide valid evidence.
Relevant Experience: At least two environmental monitoring projects of similar scope completed between 1 January 2020 and the present. Provide contract evidence.
